Valentine Contest 2024: Rules & Terms

Please follow the Rules & Terms of the contest below:

1. Eligibility

• The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Car From Japan Company are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Submission

• To enter, participants must post a photo on their Instagram profile that creatively showcases their car, referring to it as their “2nd Partner.”
• Follow CFJ Instagram
• The post must include the hashtags #My2ndPartner #Carfromjapan and #CarLoveStory to be considered a valid entry.
• Multiple entries per participant are allowed.

3. Content Guidelines

• Entries must align with the theme of celebrating the love for cars, especially referring to them as a “2nd Partner.”
• Inappropriate or offensive content will be disqualified.
• Photos must be original and not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Campaign Period

• The contest begins on [07/02/2024] and ends on [14/02/2024].
• Late entries will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection

• Entries will be judged based on creativity, adherence to the theme, and overall visual appeal.
• Winners will be selected by a panel of judges from  Car From Japan Company.
• The decision of the judges is final.

6. Prizes

The top 3 most creative entries will get the offer: $300 – $150 – $100 package – Japanese accessories collection to make your 2nd Partner more glamorous!

7. Winner Announcement

• Winners will be announced on [15/02 – 20/02] via Car From Japan’s official Instagram account.
• Winners will be notified through a direct message on Instagram.
• If a winner does not respond within [7 days] days, a new winner will be chosen.

8. Prize Redemption

• Winners will receive instructions on how to redeem their prizes.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

9. Usage Rights

By entering the contest, participants grant Car From Japan Company the right to use and showcase their submitted content for promotional purposes.

10. Disclaimer

Car From Japan Company reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the rules or that violate Instagram’s terms of service.

11. Modification or Termination
