The recommended ISF services helped me through the customs and importing process. The local Department of Motor Vehicle helped me to register the vehicle. Because the vehicle is +25 years old the alternator had failed and the battery that arrived with the vehicle was not chargeable. Therefore required repair and replacement before I could operate the vehicle. So far I am still satisfied with my purchase and would do it again.
