YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use any Car From Japan Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Car From Japan does not sell the Car From Japan Service for children, but it sells them to adults (20 years old or older) only. Car From Japan reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

Car From Japan respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement or other intellectual property, please contact us with necessary details through our Contact us section shown in the site.

ESTABLISHMENT OF CONTRACT

Your order is an offer to purchase the product. If you order a product through Car From Japan, this site will send you an “Invoice” to pay. After Car From Japan receives payment receipt confirmation from its affiliates, it will send you a “payment confirmation” e-mail indicating that your payment has been received and mentioning the details of the order. Upon payment confirmation, Car From Japan will dispatch your purchased product and will send you a “shipment confirmation” e-mail. For all products sold in Car From Japan, regardless of the payment method and shipping option you choose, your offer to purchase the product is accepted and a contract is established between you and the owner of the product (mentioned in the “shipment confirmation”), when this site sends you a “shipment confirmation” e-mail.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, for digital content download products, your offer to purchase the product is accepted and a contract is established between Car From Japan and you, when this site sends you an “order confirmation” e-mail, and for pre-orders, your offer to purchase the product is accepted and a contract is established when this site sends you an “order confirmation” e-mail notifying you that the pre-ordered product has become or will be available for download. If you have ordered multiple products in one order and Car From Japan sent you a “shipment confirmation” e-mail with respect to only a part of such order, then a contract will not be established concerning the other products until the “shipment confirmation” e-mail for those products is sent separately.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

During a deal, all users of CAR FROM JAPAN are required to be available for communication via both email and phone. During a deal, in case there is not enough information or payment for CAR FROM JAPAN to deliver the product to you, and if CAR FROM JAPAN cannot contact you for 14 days, even after trying via both email and phone calls multiple times, it will mean that you have cancelled the deal.

If you ask for cancellation of a deal after we have received your sent amount, we will charge 20% of the invoiced amount or $500, whichever higher, as a cancellation fee. In such case, we will send the refund amount to you, after deducting the fee, at your bank cost. After we have shared the shipping schedule with you, no refund will be available, even if you cancel the deal.
If we cancel the deal for unavoidable reasons at our side (for example, the product has been damaged or not available), we will refund you 100% of the amount received at our bank, and we will bear necessary bank cost.
Though we always try to make it fast, the amount of time required to complete the refund process will differ based on the processing capacity of our Return Center and the payment method selected. We will notify you by email once the procedure is completed. No interest will accrue with respect to amounts to be refunded by Car From Japan.

TRANSFER OF TITLE / RISK OF LOSS

Title for all items purchased from Car From Japan (except for digital content download products) will pass to you, when the product reaches its destination if shipped to a domestic destination, or when the original documents including BL is mailed to you after shipment to an oversea destination, regardless of the payment method and shipping option you choose, if not advised otherwise.

STANDARDS / LAWS OF IMPORTING COUNTRIES:

In case of imports, the buyer will be responsible to confirm the import laws and customs duties with the authorities in the importing country before they make a purchase Car From Japan. Car From Japan will not be responsible for any claim related to such rules or issues.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Car From Japan attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Car From Japan does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Car From Japan Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product sold in Car From Japan is not as described, we will do an in-depth inspection neutrally and will notify you about claim solve, product return and refund decisions.

PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the “Price” displayed on our website represents retail price offered by our website. When an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant. Generally, if our website displays two prices for a certain product and one price is modified by strike-through, the struck-through price is the Previous Price and the other price is the Current Price; if only one price is displayed, such figure is the Current Price.

These Conditions of Use apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software and any related documentation, “Car From Japan Software”) that we make available to you from time to time for your use in connection with Car From Japan Services (the “Car From Japan Software”).

Use of the Car From Japan Software.

You may use Car From Japan Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use and enjoy the Car From Japan Services as provided by Car From Japan, and as permitted by the Conditions of Use.
