Winning is what I believe in because it is what drives you to finish the job. I don’t believe that winning is claiming first place in the 100-meter dash, or winning the state championship in football. Instead, I believe that winning is the thing that drives you to do your best and to get all of the good stuff that winners receive, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This belief in winning does tie into sports. If it was not for the coolness of winning there would be no professional sports, semi-pro sports, little league sports, or any kind of sports, because winning is the reason behind all sports. It is the goal of every game, sport, or activity, and in order to win, you must do your best.
There are thousand to tell you it cannot be done,
On this matter I learn tell some line -
There are thousands to prophesy failure;

There are thousand to point out to you, one by one,

The dangers that wait to assail you.

But just buckle right in with a bit of a grin,

Just take off your coat and go it;

Just start to sing as you tackle the thing

That cannot be done, and you’ll do it.
Parents always think of their child being the best in the world. In today’s competitive world, everyone is eager to win the race. No one is ready to accept failure in life. But, they don’t realize that wining is not important but participating and learning things is.

We all have the will to win but winning is not everything. Success is not always about winning its about being happy with our abilities. My opinion is that if you don’t see yourself as a winner then you cannot perform as a winner. The whole struggle which we do to win something, is also very important. But sometimes losing is also beneficial for us. Participating helps the child to find out his own positives and negatives. It is not necessary to win every time your participate. Sometimes you have to go through failures too. It helps the child to expand his boundaries and explore more.

Every experience teaches you something which makes you more mature and capable of dealing with problems. Parents should never show their emotions if they are dishearten on their losing. They should always show that they are glad at his attempt. Parent’s reaction can either make or break a child’s confidence.

If you will keep on participating in different events then surely one day you will get the result of your hard work.

It does not matter that you win or lose, all that matters is the courage to participate. It is very essential to fight in life rather than just conquering it. You should be ready to face all kinds of challenges and hurdles which come in your way. Participation provides us a platform to challenge ourselves. We learn new things and develop various skills after taking up the challenge. Competitions should provide an enriching experience that allows you to apply your knowledge to a problem. The whole journey of the competition is just a process, not an endpoint. You just have to keep on grasping from your experiences.

So, whatever be the result, just focus on what you’ve earned and how to keep on improving.
Participation is more important than just winning. If you will keep on participating in different competition then one day you will get the result of your hard work. Participation increases our confidence level. You come across many difficulties and you will realize your negatives and positives. Sometimes you have to go through failures too . At that time you should not be disappointed or upset at the result. Every experience teaches you something which makes you more mature and capable of dealing with problems. Participation makes us to challenge ourselves. We learn a lot of new things and skills after taking up the challenge.Participation helps to showcase our hidden talents. Instead of focusing on what other people are doing, just try to realize your own dreams. Dreams can turn to reality if you just focused at your goals of life. It is never too late to realize your dreams and follow them with full passion and enthusiasm. If you try again and again one you will get success. Never give up and try again and again. Participation is fun and winning is not more important than participating.

"A quitter never wins and a winner never quits"

Vince Lombardi, a famous American football coach, once said, “A quitter never wins and a winner never quits”. We have heard of this saying at least once in our lives. And we all have had the opportunity to apply the saying to a part of our lives, be it in a sports team, in academics, at work or even at relationships.

A winner is someone who is determined to reach his goals, no matter how arduous the journey may be. A winner is ready to face challenges and obstacles that may come in between him and his goals. On the other hand, a quitter gets perturbed by challenges, and in the midst, gives up. Because he is not determined to face the difficulties, he never reaches his goal and is declared a quitter.

Most of us are not born with talent and skills. We develop them over time. Pandit Ravi Shankar was a world renowned composer and musician who played the sitar. He was so passionate about music that he did not stop learning the sitar. Although he faced difficulties initially, he did not lose hope. He was determined to succeed, and he practised day and night to attain a high position in the international music industry.

Similarly, scientists like Issac Newton and Albert Einstein never gave up pursuing their dreams and interests just because some of their experiments failed. They strived hard to reach their goals and only rested when success touched their feet.

To give up midway is easy but to continue despite challenges is difficult. That is why only winners are remembered for a long time. They are our role models, who teach us that it pays to never quit. Success only knocks on the doors of winners because they are determined in life. On the other hand, a quitter lives most of his life in regret because of his lack of motivation and dedication
