I am really found of Japanese cars but because of high government taxes in Pakistan and strict regulations the price of these imported cars go very high which is beyond purchasing power of public sector employees. The quality of Japanese cars is beyond any doubt. These are very luxurious. These cars are comfortable, reliable and much easy to drive.the safety standards of these cars is very good. The interior of the cars is excellent. Theses cars are fuel efficient. These are very much environment friendly. The fog lights of these cars work greatly in rain or fogy environment. The emergency control of these cars is excellent. One would feel proud to drive Japanese cars. Itso getting more of a fashion now to have Japanese car.Rather I would say its a symbol of status now.
Japanese auto engineers never compromise on quality. That is the reason that these cars are famous all around the globe. I would like to advise my government to open the market for these cars, and let our auto industry to face this tough competition. I think this competition will put pressure on our auto industry manufacturers to enhance the quality otherwise they wouldn't survive. The car which our auto industry provides e.g. Toyota Corolla GLI 1.3 almost cost PKR.2 millions but it doesn't has Airbag.
