Cars made in Japan are great! My fist car I bought was a Toyota Carina Saloon(1986 made). Although I bought it from another person (in 1997) after he has used it for several years, it was still strong and served me a lot. I still have it, although not on road at the moment but I am sure (and I have plan) when I repair it, it will work efficiently. I think that Japanese cars are the first preference of many people in the developing countries like Tanzania. I am sure if one conducts a research in my country (Tanzania) to assess the types of cars and their country of origin, Japanese cars especially Toyota will rank the first. The reason is simple! Japanese cars are strong and can tolerate harsh environments where roads are not highly developed; even in the rural areas where there are no tarmac roads.
