In the year of 1994; Rwanda, a small country of Central Africa's region of the Great Lakes, was the scene of the genocide against the Tutsis and an estimated of more than a million Rwandans were killed during the 100-day period. This affected a lot the country in all sectors. But due to the good governance and political will to reconcile Rwandans, the country repaired amazingly. The country is now a very good example of peace and security even though the journey continues.
