Thanks for introducing the competition what a fantastic initiative.

I learned about car sales from Japan many years ago when I was a PA and assisted my then boss process his purchases when he was running a transport business. This was in 1996 .

I learned the cars were in good condition, and that the Japanese were honest about every aspect of the vehicle and purchasing process.

I then started mporting my own vehicles based on the experience I had with my bosses purchases.

Todate I have imported 5 vehicles. I must say 1 was from Singapore where the service and experience was pain and nowhere near the Japanese experience. It was a problematic experience.

Now In 2005 I was driving my Nissan Seren a Japanese import and a relative in the car offered to assist with the driving as I was tired.
The car was in mint condition.

Unfortunately he engaged the brakes and accelerator at the same time whilst trying to avoid a donkey on our way to Harare.

You can only just imagine the worst that happened. I had my 3 kids, my nephew and my cousin who had taken over the steering, it was the worst nightmares of our lives.

The Nissan rolled three times, and we ended up facing the direction we were coming from,,, amazingly the car was on its wheels when it stopped rolling.

Miraculously we all survived, my son had a small scratch on his head. Yes the car was a right off the glasses were s completely shattered.

Had We been driving our locally made vehicles we could have been seriously hurt or crippled or burnt.

Iam so grateful that these cars have roller bars hence when we were rolling we were protected.

The shatterproof glass just shattered like sugar.

I literally spent 2 months looking for an injury on my body which I did not have.

Japanese vehicles are the best they save lives and are a pleasure to drive.

The prices are good and terms are fantastic. The sales people are polite, the website is easy to understand and instructions and terms are clear and doing business with then is only a pleasure, deliveries are made on the estimated times.

What a breath of fresh air. I will always buy the Jap way for me and my family generations to come.
