Another thing is to make sure that your customers are well advised on how to take care of their cars, you can prepare a small safety manual/car maintenance best practices and put it in every purchased car for every customer to read and understand how he/she is supposed to do so that he/she can stay longer with his/her car, i think this will add value to your customers, we live in a very competitive world, so as a company you need to go an extra mile in order to stand out.
