This was my first time importing a vehicle from Japan and Car From Japan did a really good job communicating with me throughout the process. Their website is well organized and they were prompt with paperwork and updates throughout. I experienced some frustration understanding the difference between CarfromJapan Sellers, and CarfromJapan support staff, and received some conflicting information about the import process on the US side. Still, CarfromJapan support was able to straighten things out and the truck arrived on schedule and in good working condition. I would buy again from them, but would advise new buyers to hire a customs broker as soon as they purchase the vehicle and get educated on the import process in your country/port.
