Dear Ami, I hope this message finds you well. I did not forget about you, my apologies for not getting back sooner with some feedback about the car. I wanted to thank you for all the help and to let you know that I am very pleased with the Gloria, the car exceeded my expectations in my aspects, so far only needed new tires and battery. It was a challenge for me being the first time with the registration process but it was totally worth it. Ken, I never write reviews or partition things like that. However, you changed my life Ken. I never trust things like this, but you did everything honestly and accurately. I can’t believe this was even possible. I don’t even know if Ken is a real person or just automated name… regardless, I want to say thank you with all my heart for allowing me to make my dream car come true!!!
