Tunvir-san has been superb throughout the process - my first, personal import of a car, any question he'd be fast to answer and informative, and a very friendly personable chap to deal with. It made the whole process very enjoyable, informative and fun. The pickup at Newcastle was also excellent - helped by the NSA (Nissan Shipping Agents) there. Just a note to say that the van arrived safe and sound (pictured in the drive), thanks for all your help along the way! It even had enough fuel in it to drive perfectly from Newcastle to here without filling up. Amazed by the size of the wheels and the style, it is now a celebrity here, everyone who sees it says how nice it looks. The biggest bonus though is that the wife likes it, she was quite clear she didn't want a van but she liked this because it's small and good looking, so it's a win win. Thanks again for your help and assistance, I'll certainly let you know if I'm ever visiting Japan, and of course if you ever visit Cambridge please let me know. Overall very happy. The van's nice too ;)
