My country, Ethiopia has generous of unused resources even if it is the first to be affected by drought and famine for many decades due to climate change and environmental problems. Due to low agricultural production, close to 8 million people became famine victims during the drought of 1984, and over 1 million died. In 2008, more than 100,000 people died due to food shortage, in 2011, 4.5 million people were hungering. Recently in 2015, more than 10 million people became famine victims. Our people are hunger due to drought and famine which caused by poor health sanitation, deforestation, pollution, the rise in temperature and the limited capacity (capital and knowledge) of the country to extract it is ample natural resources. The country must create hundreds of thousands of jobs every year just to keep up with population growth. This kind of economic change becomes by the struggle of developing research and development institute but it is limited to go forward by integrating the sector for service and manufacturing industries to cope up the challenge and to ensure the sustainability of development.
After I have seen all this, I told myself that to serving the society with open minded, teamwork, perseverance, with commitment, through all my responsibilities to reduces those problems step by step.
