Using “Inquire Now”

Send us the inquiry by clicking “Inquire Now” and we will send you the price quote. In case you have any questions, let us know by replying to the email. Once you agree with the price and condition of the car, we will send you the invoice for payment.

Using “Buy Now”

Click “Buy Now” to place the order, we will direct you to the payment page and send you the price quote. Once you complete the payment via Paypal, we will confirm your payment and start the shipment.

Once you have checked and agreed with the price, make the payment using two available payment methods as follows. You also have to 2 ways:

Pay with wire transfer

Check your invoice in the Order Detail page or in your email. Bring the printed invoice to your Bank & request bank for a SWIFT transfer.

Pay with Paypal

Click the Buy Now button on the Car List/Car Details or in My Inquiry in your account or just tell us you want to pay with Paypal. We send you the payment link. Click the payment link & complete the payment. For a smoother transaction, share with us the payment proof, so we can extend the car reservation for you.

💡 Tips: Always remember to select the right country before browsing, so that we can suggest to you the car that matches your country's regulations. For example: Cars exported to the US must be more than 25 years from the manufacture date.

Step 2

We ship car to your port

When payment is received, we will start booking the vessel and send you the shipping schedule once it's available. Depending on the port, the vessel booking process may take from 2 to 8 weeks and the shipping time may take from 3 to 5 weeks (some ports have limited vessels).

Before departure date, we will share with you BL Number so you can fill the ISF form required by the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

Few days after the departure date, we will send the original documents to your address. These documents will help you do the car clearances and the registration process.

Step 3

Get the customs clearance and registration done

To receive the car at your port of arrival, you will need to do some paperwork. The paperwork includes 2 tasks:

Submit ISF forms & Clearance at Custom Office

You will need to fill the ISF forms required by the Customs and Border Protection 24 hours before cargo is loaded. Use the information in the B/L copy to fill the ISF forms. It’s impossible to fill the ISF forms without any help because CBP requires certified software partners to fill ISF, which only regular import companies have. Our clients normally use ISF filing service websites such as eezyimport, isf-filling, turboisf,...

Few days before your car arrives, you will receive an arrival notice through email about the arrival date. Use the information on the arrival notice to complete all the required forms. Bring your printed forms & copies of the original papers we have sent to you (invoice, export certificate, translated export certificate,..) to the custom office of your arrival port. The required documents may vary depending on the state of the destination port, so you should have all the documents copied. Pay the duty fee & taxes at the customs office.

Once finishing the car clearances, you can take the car from port to your home. There are 2 ways for you to do that.

Step

Get the car by yourself

Call the port to notice and arrange an appointment for pickup. To get in the port, some ports require an escort or an individual with TWIC (transport workers identity card). Go to the pickup location, load it up on a trailer and haul it away.

Step

Have a carrier get it for you

Hire a shipping company to ship the car for you. Send them the detailed pickup location and they will ship the car from port to your home.

Registration:

Go to your local DMV to do the registration. The export certificate has the same value as the car title. Bring the original and the English translation we sent you and then you can register and titling like any other car.

💡 Tips:

You can hire an import broker to do all the paperwork & shipping for you. It might take some extra cost for their service, but it will save you a lot of time and effort.
We recommend that you should not drive the car home because this is not registered yet and you might get into trouble with the police.
Call the state DMV and ask what documents you need and they’ll be able to help.
