Where do I start? I have been an avid car enthusiast since I was a kid. From SUV's to luxury sedans, I have always had an interest in all cars.
You see, My father got me interested in cars. Over the weekends we could go to a private road in his Nissan B12 and he would place me on his lap. he would let me steer the car whilst he changed gears and controlled the acceleration.

After that he would open the bonnet of the car and slowly show me how the basics of a car worked, where the different compartments were and how they were all interconnected.

If I was lucky and there was a much bigger problem, he would open up the top cover or head cylinder, and show me the more intricate parts such as the valves, piston chambers and how fuel system would operate.

When I got older( about 11-12 years old) he would stack a few directories for me on the drivers seat and show me how to drive around my grandfathers farm in his pickup, I did so well that he would leave me to carry feed and supplies from the farm to the house.

Right now I'm 27 years old. I can gladly say I'd like to win a car from CAR FROM JAPAN because frankly my love for cars is sentimental. It's derived all the way from my grandfather to me and I would love it very much if I can continue creating that 'spark' of interest in future generations.

Finally, I believe that a car is an extension of our personality. our nature, for some people like me, we see cars as a representation of our real selves. There are many people who revere in their cars, share personal experiences with them that even at times, becomes to hard to quantify. I hope to also experience that with the opportunity if I win the contest.
