The day after I picked it up from port I made my wife take pictures of me and the Sambar. I haven't been able to get it registered yet (US bureaucracy), but have driven it around the neighborhood a few times. Once I get it insured, I will take it to the shop to check all the components, but so far the only thing I've noticed is that shifting to some of the gears gets tough. The AC works flawlessly, too!
Everything on your end was flawless. The only issues I've had from this have been paperwork related and stem from the port and texas government.
