I loved the way the agent Ken was handling all kinds of complicated situations in extremely helpful and prompt manner; he was really fast in providing aids for the transaction. I had to halt the purchase unfortunately, but this experience clearly left me an impression of how devoted Japanese people are to their professional tasks given. I still feel terrible having to cancel the deal in the middle after receiving all those help from Ken. Please be reminded of how great, thoughtful and dedicated agent you have in your roster.
