I have just taken delivery of my first direct import from Japan in the form of an Estima Aeras from Carfromjapan. The communication and help has been fantastic all the way - during the lead-up to buying and post-shipping, all the way to me receiving the car in Feb 2017. Ken Phan was my point of contact throughout the entire process and I cannot thank him enough. Extremely helpful, honest and very efficient. The only slight sore point was that it was a really heavy smoker's car, although I was assured it wasn't when I asked the question, so the smell will take a while to get rid of. Not a particularly great issue in the grand scheme of things when buying a car unseen/tested. Overall, I cannot recommend this company enough and am already thinking about getting another one (for a colleague)!
