I am delighted to be a part of this competition. I am 35 years old and i am a mother to a eight year old. For the past two years i have to be chartering taxi because the bus situation is bad. The government owned buses (jutc) take forever to reach our destinations and can be ram packed during the week. The privately owned buses aren't so pack, but they dont drive the safest. The play very loud music with expletives and the buses dance along to the music on the road. I hate it and my daughter gets very afraid to travel on them. So asyou can see, i am stuck between a rock and a hard place. Of course the taxi commute is very costly but i have to do it. I am a teacher and we are grossly underpaid. After tax, my salary is approximately $800 US per month. My net pay because of loans and saving and insurance is $140 per month. So one can just imagine the struggles od acquiring a new car or a used japanese car. Cars from japan has given me a chance to own a car free and i really appreciate that. I am sure people worldwide appreciates it. I am sure my daughter would love that we can ride in our own car in comfort. Even if i am not a winner, thank you for the opportunity.
