Personally, I have been used as an agent by one famous Japanese car dealer and I have been disappointed not once but for numerous times because of their failure to give the customers I identified for them the support they needed throughout the service. Still on the issue of support I am referring to inability to support the customers with the information that would ease the process of procuring an automobile.

I have personally gone through the stock that the company has in store and really I am impressed as there is a high diversity for customer choice and preference. I should in Malawi at present most of the persons hiring cars are women buyers and women are moved by the appearance of the car except a few who would be really moved by the horse power of the car defined by the engine size.

I should say there are many factors that can finally attract a customer to go for a car but the market ought to be defined to make sure it is marketing is suitably programmed.
