Your service is bad. It is important that you provide all the information that a first time customer asks for if you are to be viewed as a credible information. For instance, I asked for contacts for any of your customers so that I can validate your service levels but you failed. You kept giving me conflicting information which made me doubt if you had any customers. Secondly, it is important that you have one executive talking to one client to give consistent information. For instance I was contacted by 3 different people on the same issue that made me uncomfortable and suspicious.
