I am guessing this is one of these cases where you are happy until you are not. I had high expectation since customer service was prompt and provided me with timely information about the car. However, the car had a huge dent and was badly scraped on the side. Someone just used a spray paint to cover it up since they know there is no way you can return it after receiving it. The side around the door is bent and is already showing sign of rusting. But hey I was offered a coupon for $150 on my next car. This seems to be a good company when everything goes right. If you get screwed with a lemon or damaged car you are on your own. Wish I have checked the alternatives before going with this company.
