My experience was very easy and I had zero complaints about any of the staff at car from Japan. I’ve never imported anything before so this was all new to me. They were very upfront with the total price, not a single dollar more did it cost me. My truck arrived in exactly the same shape the photos showed down to the keychain. My truck did arrive with brand new tires that were never mentioned. That being said, I did try to buy the cheapest one I could find with 4wd and a/c, it had its bumps and bruises, but all of these were shown in the photos. Very open and honest transaction

Ami-san did an excellent job in explaining the procedures for the first time buyer. The first round of attempt did not materialize because the choice for kei-trucks was rather limited. It was me who changed mind and gave up on the dump truck.

The car arrived safely and I really appreciated your guys help with answering all of my newbie questions. The only downside is there was some poorly repaired rust damage that didn't show up in the photos. Other than that, the car runs and drives perfectly and is in pretty good condition!
